    Define the SWIGPY SLICEOBJECT macro
    
    This change is necessary for the package to build correctly against swig
    4.5.0-3. Indeed, this was not the case with version 4.5.0-2, which
    contained the patch toinclude the pycontainer.swg file. However, the SWIG
    upstream author rejected the patch, and it was subsequently removed from
    the swig package. See https://github.com/swig/swig/issues/3537
