task-chinese-s-desktop: Remove goldendict-ng
This is a useful app but it isn't needed for everyone using
Debian in Chinese.
Except for input method dictionaries, no other Debian language
task installs a dictionary. goldendict-ng actually works for
many languages.

task-japanese-gnome*-desktop: Don't recommend thunderbird
The thunderbird recommendation was added in 2007.
Since then, UTF-8 is the clear standard worldwide, even for Japanese email.
Debian Live currently installs all the language tasks to try
to make things more useful for people with various preferred languages.
