Use git to restore Gemfile.lock when cleaning the source tree
This only happens if building from the git repository; if building from
an exported source package we fall back to dpkg-source's traditional
method of marking that a changed file should be ignored by removing the
file.
Among the 3 debian patches available in version 5.0.5-1 of the package, we noticed the following issues:
