    Force linking to pthread on Hurd
    
    There is an ongoing migration of the pthreads and sem bits from
    libpthread to libc itself on the glibc Hurd implementation, just like
    it was done on Linux many glibc releases ago. The migration so far
    (as of glibc 2.42) is enough to make the pthreads detection in configure
    think that there is no external library needed (i.e. everything is in
    libc), causing linking error.
    
    Since the migration should be complete in the upcoming glibc 2.43,
    manually force the linking with pthreads on Hurd for now, allowing vlc
    to build successfully.

    Build sid plugin only on Linux
    
    sidplay is not that portable, and its usage in vlc can be avoided on
