    d/rules, d/p/non-gcc-visibility-check.patch: check for `-fvisibility` flag with
    non-gcc compilers
    
    CMake already checks for the flag if the compiler is GCC, move that check, so
    that it is done for any compiler.
    
    Note that yajl fails to build with clang for unrelated reasons.
