commit 733718a25022857aed511e360ce8d41818295032

utils: temp files fall back to /tmp, and a failed directory is named (#700)

With TMPDIR unset, zsv_get_temp_filename() created its file in the
current directory, and a failure printed nothing, so callers reported
"Out of memory!". A read-only working directory with TMPDIR unset
therefore failed every command that needed a temp file.

On POSIX the function now tries $TMPDIR, then /tmp (not on wasi), then
the current directory. Each directory that fails is reported as
"cannot create temporary file in <dir>: <system error>", a fallback that
succeeds warns, and errno is the last failure's. On Windows a strdup()
failure removes the file GetTempFileName() created, and both failure
    paths set errno.

Callers that printed "Out of memory!" or overwrote errno with ENOMEM
    after a failure (cli_ini, dirs_from_json, ext_example) now leave the
    report to the helper.

test-temp-filename covers the directory order, empty TMPDIR, each
fallback, the final failure's errno and message, and a read-only TMPDIR.

commit fcc2a40cd31696d00f825a5c5b3d9acfc2478931

    Sheet hide columns (#699)

    * sheet: add commands :hide-column and :unhide-column

Hiding is a view setting of one buffer: the screen buffer keeps every column, and the
grid, the cursor, the column search (`|`, `\`) and find (`/`, `n`) skip the hidden ones
while the data, the saves and the transformations keep every column. `:hide-column`
with no argument hides the column under the cursor; with arguments it hides every
column whose header matches any of them, matched case-insensitively (ASCII), with `*`
standing for any run of characters and double quotes for names with spaces.
`:unhide-column` unhides every hidden column, or the ones named. While a buffer has
hidden columns the footer shows `[N hidden]` at its right-hand end (`[Nh]` on a narrow
terminal), and the help screen and docs list both commands.

The row-number column cannot be hidden: sheet's own, or the `Row #` column a filter,
sort or pivot result (or any data file whose first column is `Row #`) starts with.
zsvsheet_ui_buffer_rownum_cols() is the one definition, shared with edit mode. A command
that would leave no data column on screen is refused. A filter, sort or pivot result
opens as a new buffer with every column visible; `:w` saves every column.

The hidden set lives in the ui_buffer (app/sheet/hidden-columns.c: an ascending index
set with the visible-column walks and the name matcher, host-unit-tested in
app/test/test_sheet_hidden_columns.c), the commands in app/sheet/hide.c, and the
display, movement and geometry changes in app/sheet.c. The display derives each cell's
screen slot by counting the visible columns, so cursor movement, the footer cell,
compare and edit mode see the same columns the grid draws.

The procedure argument cap rises from 5 to 16 so a command can name more columns
(procedure.c sizes its token array from the same constant). The lexer keeps single
quotes as ordinary characters, so SQL string literals reach :sortexpr as typed
(test-sheet-sortexpr-quoted), and passes isspace() an unsigned char. A host unit test
(app/test/test_sheet_lexer.c) pins the lexer's quoting, escaping and rejection rules.

    * sheet: keep handler error messages up past the next input tick

The main loop clears the footer's display-channel text on every getch(), which
returns every 0.2 s (halfdelay) even with no key pressed. A handler that reported an
error through zsvsheet_priv_set_status() therefore showed it for at most 0.2 s: find's
"Not found", "Column not found", a bad find pattern, :open errors, a filter pattern
error, "Invalid command", the compare spec errors, and the main loop's "Unexpected
error!". These now go to the buffer's status (zsvsheet_ui_buffer_set_status[f]), as
:w, the edit messages and :hide-column already do, so they stay for the status-message
timeout (4 s by default) or until a newer status replaces them.

test-sheet-status-persists waits a second before comparing, which fails on the old
code. Three goldens recorded the erased message: test-sheet-find-after-filter and
test-sheet-regex-filter now end on the error they provoke, and test-sheet-regex-find's
last stage shows the cursor cell in the whole-cell overlay, as the error fills the
    footer.

    * test: settle test-sheet-hide-11 on the whole-cell overlay

The 20-column terminal cannot show the cursor value in the footer, so the
overlay replaces the grid 1 s after the last key. The old golden was the
screen before the overlay, which a slow runner can miss. Wait past the
overlay and compare the settled screen.

    * sheet: draw footer text with addstr rather than printw

Some ncurses builds (Ubuntu 22.04's 6.3, for one) format printw() output
in a buffer sized to the screen. The footer was cleared by printing 256
padded columns, which crashed the sheet at startup on a terminal of fewer
than 256 cells, such as 20x5. Clear the line with clrtoeol() and draw the
status, prompt and typed text with addstr(), which does no formatting.

    * ci: run FreeBSD job on 14.5

The FreeBSD 13 package repository has been removed from
pkg.FreeBSD.org, so pkg install fails on the 13.2 VM.
