Version 2.2.0-1 of pyfastx is marked for autoremoval from testing on Tue 11 Nov 2025. It depends (transitively) on nibabel, python-igraph, rdflib, affected by #1109953, #1117766, #1117769. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
