Bad response from Gitlab server: 500 Server closed connection without sending any data back (https://foss.heptapod.net/api/v4/projects/openpyxl%2Fet_xmlfile)
Standards version of the package is outdated.

The package is severely out of date with respect to the Debian Policy.The package should be updated to follow the last version of Debian Policy
(Standards-Version 4.7.4 instead of
3.9.8).
