Version 3.1.1-1 of r-cran-rotl is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 08 Mar 2026. It is affected by #1126240. The removal of r-cran-rotl will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependency: r-cran-taxize. It depends (transitively) on r-cran-rncl, affected by #1126238. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
