Version 1.4.0+dfsg-3 of r-cran-upsetr is marked for autoremoval from testing on Wed 22 Apr 2026. It depends (transitively) on r-cran-ggplot2, r-cran-isoband, affected by #1127067, #1130215. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
