Version 4.1.0-5.1 of sbmltoolbox is marked for autoremoval from testing on Thu 03 Dec 2026. It depends (transitively) on petsc, scotch, affected by #1102465, #1151443, #1151960. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
