    debian/control: Let signon-ui-service alternatively depend on lomiri-online-accounts-client.
    
     Let signon-ui-service alternatively also depend on lomiri-online-accounts-
     client (yet another signon UI implementation shipped in Lomiri that gets
     called via signon-ui-service D-Bus .service files if on Lomiri).
    
     This fixes migration of lomiri-system-settings-online-accounts (and
     friends) to Debian testing and supporting LOA features on more
     architectures than signon-ui-qt / qtwebengine are available for.
