Version 1.13.0-2 of sphinxcontrib-doxylink is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 22 Nov 2026. It is affected by #1150448. The removal of sphinxcontrib-doxylink will also cause the removal of (transitive) reverse dependencies: atlas-ecmwf, doxysphinx, ectrans, ggml, groonga, groonga-normalizer-mysql, hipblas, libjjml-java, llama.cpp, llama.vim, rocblas, rocfft, rocm-docs-core, rocsolver, rocsparse, whisper.cpp. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
