Version 0.7.0-1 of spopt is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 31 Oct 2026. It depends (transitively) on libpysal, petsc, postgis, affected by #1102465, #1148198, #1149458. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
