Fix broken manpage link for squid-openssl (Closes: #1121453)
The squid manpage is actually compressed, but the squid-openssl symlink
needs to be adjusted so it points to the correct manpage.
The dh_compress script probably does not catch this (as it does with the
squid-gnutls manpage) because it's a separate binary.
So we assume .gz and link it directly.
