Make canonical duration element configurable
Unfortunately some versions of ffprobe misdetect the duration of a
video. Unfortunately some misdetect the container duration while some
others misdetect the video content duration, so we can't rely on one or
the other being correct always :-(
At least if it misdetects things, it is consistently incorrect in the
same way everywhere, so we can default to the element that makes the
most sense (the container) while allowing particular instances to use a
different setting.

Use DEMOLISH rather than DESTROY
Moose expects to run DESTROY. It's possible to use SUPER::DESTROY, but
it's cleaner to use DEMOLISH instead, which doesn't require that.

Refactor again
Copying a reference to each child object is a lot of work, and requires
some messiness.
Instead, give every object in the tree a (weak) reference to its parent,
so that we can fetch data pertaining to ourselves from the parent, if
required.
This also makes it easier to subclass; you don't need to subclass the
Talk or Event objects if you don't need to modify them, and can just
fetch data from $self->talk_object and/or
$self->talk_object->event_object and/or
$self->talk_object->event_object->root_object, as required.

Refactor creation of objects
It's easier to subclass a parser if the helper classes (such as ones for
speakers, talks, and rooms) are configurable, too.
We had already done some of this in some of our subclasses (e.g.,
WithShadow and Penta), but not consitently so.
Move the configurability over to the base class, and rewrite every
"SReview::Schedule::Foo::Bar->new" into "$self->foo_type->new", so that
we can configure the exact class from a child class (or from SReview
configuration, as the case may be).
