    d/swupdate.swupdate-progress.service: Add missing runtime socket
    
    This sets the RuntimeDirectory for the swupdate-progress.service.
    
    Set RuntimeDirectoryPreserve to true to avoid deleting the sockets
    during a restart of swupdate-progress.

    Preserve the runtime directory during a service restart
    
    The runtime directory is deleted during a service restart but
    the socket is not automatically restarted and therefore the
    sockets are not recreated.
