Remove fcitx5 from *-gnome-desktop and *-desktop
- GNOME has decided to only integrate IBus since 2012
- Move Fcitx recommendations to the corresponding -kde-desktop tasks
since KDE's Settings app integrates both IBus and Fcitx
- Copy IBus recommendations from -gnome-desktop to the corresponding
-desktop task
- Remove uim from task-japanese-desktop since IBus and Fcitx are
input method frameworks that are better integrated into desktops now

task-hebrew-desktop: Stop recommending mlterm
This was originally added in 2005 with #323241
Since then, Unicode has become even more of a standard and every Debian
desktop includes a terminal that can handle UTF-8. Therefore, this app
does not appear to be important enough to be installed by default for
everyone using Debian in Hebrew.

This was originally added in 2004. My guess is that anything related
to Thai was included then. Since then, Unicode has become even more
of a standard. Therefore, this app does not appear to be important
enough to be installed by default for everyone using Debian in Thai.
Debian Live currently installs all the language tasks to try
to make things more useful for people with various preferred languages.
It is reported that this app doesn't work in some environments such as
LXDE (maybe some additional configuration is needed there).

These are gtk2 apps and are no longer in Debian Testing.

task-italian: Don't recommend fortunes-it
This might be interesting for Italian users but it is not
necessary for this to be installed for everyone using Debian in Italian.
fortunes-it requires fortunes-mod which provides a fortune .desktop
