fix(sync): fix infinite loop in SearchNoteBook on a stale notebook entry
inc(j) lived inside the `if NoteList.FindID(...) then` branch, so a
single notebook-membership entry (NBStrL) whose note ID FindID can't
find in the current NoteList - eg after a sync leaves the notebook
index briefly out of sync with the note list - left j stuck forever,
spinning FindID on that same missing ID indefinitely. FindID itself is
a simple bounded scan (as noted in ccf9466); this was a real, always-
reproducible infinite loop in the caller, not a rare race.
Found via a live gdb backtrace (debug-symbol build, ptrace-attached
mid-hang): main thread stuck inside TNoteList.FindID, called from
SearchNoteBook, searching for a GUID NoteList didn't currently have.
Fix: advance j on every iteration regardless of whether FindID found
a match.

fix(loadnote): recognise pinned/-pinned as known tags
TBLoadNote.ActOnTag's whitelist covers open-on-startup and every other
structural element but omitted pinned/-pinned, so every single .note
file (native or synced) logged "unrecognised tag" for its pinned
element - harmless (no functional effect, just log noise visible when
run from a terminal), but a real, pre-existing gap.

fix(sync): fix re-entrant FormActivate causing an infinite hang
TFormSync.FormActivate called SyncProgress('FormActivate') - which
pumps the message queue via Application.ProcessMessages - before
clearing the ReadyToRun guard flag. If that pump caused GTK to deliver
a redundant activate/focus event for the same window (observed in
practice on this system), a second, re-entrant FormActivate call would
still see ReadyToRun = True and re-enter JoinSync/ManualSync while the
first call was still running, racing two syncs against each other.
Found via a real hang: deleting a note remotely that was also a
notebook member spun the main thread indefinitely inside the resulting
recursive note-list search (confirmed via gdb backtrace on a
debug-symbol build - TNoteList.FindID itself is a simple bounded loop,
the actual bug was the re-entrant call stacking on top of it). Not
specific to the new Web Sync transport - any transport's remote-delete
path could in principle hit the same race - but this is the first test
that happened to exercise "remote delete of a notebook-member note"
for real.
Fix: check-and-clear ReadyToRun as the very first thing in
FormActivate, before any call that can pump messages.
Verified fixed: same remote-delete-of-notebook-member-note scenario
that reliably hung before now completes correctly.
