Remove superfluous declaration of “Priority: optional”.
Debian Policy version 4.7.3 defines this:
Starting with dpkg version 1.22.13, the Priority of a binary package is
set to 'optional' unless specified otherwise in the source or its
binary stanza in the source package template control file. Therefore,
explicitly specifying Priority as 'optional' may be omitted.

Remove superfluous declaration of “Rules-Requires-Root: no”.
As of dpkg version 1.22.13, this field is set to “no” by default. As such,
in this case the ‘Rules-Requires-Root’ field is redundant and should be

Explicitly read command output using ‘readarray’.
Assigning the command output *text* in an array assignment, relies on Bash's
default word splitting and other processing. Instead, we use the ‘readarray’
built-in to split words only and assign to the array variable.

Invoke Bash shell completion definition using correct features.
The ‘progcomp’ option is default, and is always going to be enabled
when attempting to define programmable completion.
