not yet updated debian/changelog. You should consider updating
the Debian changelog and uploading this new version into the archive.

Cope with copy_file_range() returning ENOSYS.
At least Hurd has a wrapper that compiles but is not functional;
presumably same happens on old kernels elsewhere.
