Pass -DCMAKE_DISABLE_PRECOMPILE_HEADERS=ON on x86-32 (both stages). * d/debian-llvm-testsuite.bats: use -analyzer-constraints=unsupported-z3, upstream renamed the z3 constraint manager backend in LLVM 23 (llvm-project 43082d6efa9c). The old name is now rejected as an invalid value, which the "not built with Z3" check did not catch, so the test failed instead of running.
