    Fix some lintian warnings
    
    - d/copyright: add missing License field and BSD-3-Clause paragraph
    - remove unbreak-arhmf.patch (not in series, fixed upstream)
    - d/source/lintian-overrides: drop mismatched overrides
    - fix alien/renamed tags in clang doc/tools overrides
    - use debhelper-compat instead of d/compat
    - lldb: drop postinst only calling ldconfig
