It depends (transitively) on dask, links2, llvm-toolchain-19, spirv-llvm-translator-19, affected by #1084954, #1095866, #1124069, #1124098, #1128763, #1133251, #1142869, #1143631, #1145338. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
