Fix expunging of mboxes on read-only directories.
Mailutils' rewrite of mbox handling was broken on mail directories
that are not writeable, like Debian's `/var/mail` (2775 root:mail).
Thanks to Pierrick Chanteux for the analysis and Sergey Poznyakoff
for the prompt fix.

Adapt packaging for libmailutils soname bump.
Let libmu not depend anymore on libmu-dbm, making deps for libmu-dbm
only affect mailtils-mda and the imap4/pop3 servers.
