Version 2.54.0+dfsg-2 of r-bioc-dss is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 22 Nov 2025. It depends (transitively) on r-bioc-biocgenerics, r-bioc-genomeinfodb, affected by #1111759, #1118697. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
