Version 0.46.0-2 of r-bioc-xvector is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 07 Dec 2025. It depends (transitively) on dh-r, r-bioc-biocgenerics, affected by #1089197, #1118697, #987714. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
