uscan had problems while searching for a new upstream version:

https://cran.r-project.org/package=testthat failed: 500 Can't connect to cran.r-project.org:443 (Temporary failure in name resolution)
Version 3.3.2-3 of r-cran-testthat is marked for autoremoval from testing on Fri 30 Oct 2026. It depends (transitively) on r-cran-diffobj, affected by #1148078. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
