Version 1.6.16-9 of scoary is marked for autoremoval from testing on Fri 06 Dec 2024. It depends (transitively) on h5py, r-cran-dplyr, scikit-learn, affected by #1072630, #1080198, #1082291. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
