Version 2026.08.31-1 of xsar is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 31 Oct 2026. It depends (transitively) on dask, libpysal, links2, postgis, affected by #1128763, #1143631, #1148198, #1149458. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
