Version 1.38.0-2 of r-bioc-rgsepd is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 24 May 2025. It depends (transitively) on r-bioc-rtracklayer, r-cran-fansi, affected by #1097765, #1102590, #1103200. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
