Version 0.1.1-1 of pigx-rnaseq is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sun 23 Mar 2025. It depends (transitively) on libisal, smart-open, snakemake, affected by #1095392, #1095394, #1098483. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
