Version 3.16.0+dfsg-2 of r-bioc-mutationalpatterns is marked for autoremoval from testing on Thu 15 May 2025. It depends (transitively) on r-cran-bit64, r-cran-bslib, affected by #1101679, #1102109. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
