Version 1.64.0-3 of r-bioc-shortread is marked for autoremoval from testing on Sat 22 Nov 2025. It depends (transitively) on r-bioc-biocgenerics, r-bioc-genomeinfodb, affected by #1111759, #1118697. You should try to prevent the removal by fixing these RC bugs.
